The Paul Cortez Defense Fund is excited to roll out freepaulcortez.org v3.0! As you can see, the site’s gotten a complete overhaul with a lot of great new content and more on the way.
We are very much still hard at work behind the scenes, committed and dedicated to helping Paul in his fight to prove his innocence and regain his freedom. V3.0 is now much better equipped to give our visitors a better understanding of the case waged against Paul, factual references that show why he is innocent, and to provide you with solid, factual information supported by case documents – now available for your study and research.
You will also get to know the real Paul Cortez and learn about is life, his history, his dreams and aspirations, and his amazing talents. You will come to understand Paul’s true nature on a more intimate level and come away with the certain knowledge that he would never have committed the crime of which he’s been accused. He is eternally grateful and appreciative of all the effort, interest, and concern you’ve all shown, reaching out in your various ways, and extends his deepest gratitude to each of you.
We’ve likewise opened up the website to offer membership subscriptions to encourage your active participation and support. There are a lot of great new features for you to enjoy and help us grow a solid community base working together to help Paul in this fight for freedom.

Free Paul Community Forums: We have upgraded and now host our Free Paul Discussion forum and have archived all of the pages of our old version for your convenience. Please don’t hesitate to jump right in and start seeding the 3.0 forums. There will be an Admin available to answer questions and participate with you more often than in the past. There is also a PM feature, buddy friending, and profile option so our members can build bonds in our common goal to help Paul. (Update: Forums updated, ready for use)
Free Paul Chat: We also have installed an IRC chatroom and plan to host regularly scheduled chat nights to get to know you and update you on Paul’s status. Members and guests are welcome to enjoy the chatroom at any time.
Messages For Paul: Many of you have asked about sending Paul letters or well wishes, so we have implemented a feature for supporters to leave Messages For Paul, and the PCDF will make sure he receives your thoughts and prayers.
Coming soon, you will enjoy our Supporters Photo Wall where you can submit your photos and build a wall of support! Our PCDF store will launch in the coming future with products designed to raise awareness and generate funding to help Paul with his expenses. From time to time, we will issue Supporter Community Action campaigns and recruit volunteers to help with some pet projects that are designed to help Paul prove his innocence once and for all.
We have made it much easier for you to find the most suitable ways to get involved, participate, and help us raise money for Paul’s defense, which is sadly well into the several hundred thousand dollar category. Every penny helps and every penny goes directly into the Defense Fund coffer. Meanwhile, be sure and register with the PCDF and help us build a much more powerful community base and Voice.
